4. Educational services

Skillnity provides forex and markets education only. Course materials—including videos, documents, live sessions, and quizzes—are for personal learning. We do not provide individualized investment, tax, or legal advice.

5. Course access and license

Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased course content for personal use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, record, or publicly share course materials without our written permission.

6. Pricing and payments

Course fees are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed through supported blockchain or other methods shown at checkout. You are responsible for network fees, wallet accuracy, and sending the correct amount. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment verification.

7. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated on the course page or required by applicable law, course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted. Contact support if you believe a payment was made in error.

8. Referral and affiliate program

If you participate in Skillnity's referral or affiliate features, you must promote the platform honestly and comply with applicable marketing laws. Misleading income claims, spam, or abusive referral practices may result in account suspension and forfeiture of commissions.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass security, scrape content, or interfere with site operation.

13. Termination

Provisions that should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, and liability limits—will remain in effect.
